A producer, a room full of rain, and a broken drum machine.
HALON is the solo project of a producer who spent a decade making music for other people before finally making a record that sounded like the inside of their own head.
The sound is built from field recordings — ferries, night buses, rain on glass — layered under synths and a drum machine that hasn't kept perfect time since 2018 and never will again.
Three records in, the project has toured nineteen countries and still records everything in the same flooded basement it started in.
